Slowly getting over my head cold I so I thought it was about time I got back in the kitchen. Found a nice recipe on cuisine.co.nz for Courgette, Feta, Chilli & Mint Flatbread which seemed easy to adapt to our tastes and supplies.
Things were a bit alarming to start off with as my flat bread wasn’t exactly flat!
Topped it off with broccoli, feta & herbs and it was great!
